1. Buy a new copy of the game. or
2. Contact the companies that made the game and see if they can help.

Contact the customer service in the business of Supreme Commander by mail, e-mail or telephone. Probably need proof of purchase receipt and original barcode on the packaging or any other form of identification. They instruct you on what is necessary and you have a new serial number if necessary.
