What is an average shot put throw for a freshman in high school? - shot put images
I thought, shot put and want to know what is a path to a junior in high school to start. I sprinkled a little today and 10 pounds, I can gat every ball 36-42 yards. I throw about 32 with a ball in high school, which weighs 12 pounds. THANK YOU!

I got you man lol this is my specialty. Unless you're a god, as a "child prodigy", somewhere between 30-37ish feet is normal for a boy first year. I threw the ball 35 yards from my first year, then 43 miles the second year, 49 in E minor, suffered a relapse in my last year and finished with only 51, but as a freshman in school, I threw the shot 16 feet 47 pounds so it's all about progress and learning in the workplace during their school career. A good coach is also fantastic. Keep throwin!
32 feet, he is every high school. You should be able to remove 12 pound shot over 32 meters, so you run 10 pounds of throwing 42 feet.
Good students can go more than 50 meters, and the entry is over 80 meters, but no one will.
