With luck, the cracks are only in the layer of frost. Verify that the leak did not pass through the fiber, because if they do, you will have a major repair job. If you are only surface cracks, the sandy soil around with wet sandpaper and then a layer of epoxy, sand smooth and completely determined by gel shift.

Use a dust filter for all the sand and remove the layer of epoxy and gel in a well ventilated room, with a breathing filter. They look like gas masks and can be rented in the shop, you get your supply of fiber. Safety First!
